For the aspiring boat builders -- unmatched craftsmanship

The "what is a deep-V" thread got me looking for a deep-V among the local builders of sport fishing yachts. Paul Mann has some amazing pictures on their website of the process of building, flipping and finishing out some really big boats that aren't that much different (except in scale) than those boats that the folks on this site build. I thought that the pics may interest some here, so here's a link. After admiring the beauty, scroll down to see how they put it together.

I really like the flipping process... Amazing...

Wow, that's awesome. Almost how we make boats..........just without the size, wood, craftsmanship, expense, motors.....ok, nothing like what we do. ;)
Very cool stuff.

Somebody in VA has some real cake. I'd like to be the Capt. getting that ride. My buddy has been in NC all winter building their new 63' Paul Spencer.

Hey Lou, it's cold molded epoxy and glass over plywood... just as described in Devlin's book... except I guess it's not stitch and glue when you use a jig... a BIG jig ;^)

And we thought we had issues when trailering our boats... Moving that monster is a very delicate operation...

I saw that boat in the water when it was here at Pirate's Cove for awhile. It throw's your eyes off a bit when a boat in the marina dwarfs the 60'+ boats around it.... especially since its lines look the same just much bigger...
