What does everyone have on tap for the weekend? I am trying to sneak out a litte early and head to the SW LA camp for the night. Pland to teal hunt Sat/Sun mornings. If possible, hoping to trout fish Sat. afternoon, but may take an airboat ride instaed to check on some water control structures. I will try and remember to take pics, although historically i am not good with that.

What else are our board members doing this weekend?

Teal teal opens on Saturday morning, then taking the clients out for an afternoon flats trip.

Re-gear & put for a quick gator hunt with another set of clients.

Repeat teal hunt with original clients on Sunday morning.

Sleep on Sunday afternoon!!!

Still in that pre-season honey-do mode.
So I'll be doing whatever she tells me to do for at least another 3 weekends!

Headed out of town for some college football.... Blacksburg, VA....Virginia Tech vs Bowling Green, we bring the tailgate! Daughter graduated last May, Son still here, so lots of their friends will join us, and some parents too. Noon game so we are doing breakfast and dinner..... breakfast is baked egg, ham, potato casserole, fruit, hot cinnamon rolls, dinner is BBQ chicken, salads, chips, dip, salsa, beer, brownies and cake. Always a good time!

Struggling to get my barking bird dog started. He´s 2 years old now. First year we had a "lemming year". Lemmings everywhere was a disaster for the dogs traing. This year we barely have any birds around...still thats what I´m doing this weekend. I´ll be looking for birds (capercaillie + black grouse).

Hey, Scotty!
I´ll give you a call when the birds start falling out of the trees!

Remember to bring camera. When looking at your camera, remember to pick it up and take pictures. Hope this helps.

Bob - If you are anywhere near NE Ohio and want to catch up over a beer, message me.

Cal and I plan to take the estuary out on Sat and/or Sun to do a bit of scouting.

Think that I may go squirrel hunting with my new 17hm2.
Or work on the Wisconsin feral cat problem, one trigger pull at a time:)

finish remod in the front room, outlets and registers only thing left. watch some MU football, work on some decoys and drink some beer. Best Oktoberfests are residing in my house right now and I hope to put a dent into them.
