Check out this link to an interactive map. Just check off the things you want and it will tell you the prices in different communities, as well as a price for "Canada". I don't know what they mean by that, possibly southern Canada.

I calculated the basket they listed, costs me about $100 here in AL.
Cant imagine spending $600 a month for groceries for family of four for a month, we rarely spend more than $250/m.
 
I keep waiting for the metabolism to kick into high gear, but so far we haven't seen it!
 
My brother and I were voracious eaters.....but when he hit about 12.....lordy that boy could eat.....

can't imagine having to pay those prices for food...wow
