Interesting.
I personally dont think the spill will have any impact on our season in Coastal Alabama.
I expect booms will all be removed by time duck season starts the day after Thanksgiving.

I think a lot of the worries people are having are because the Exxon Valdez is what they have as a point of reference. This was not that type of oil thankfully, it is much lighter.
In 6 months or a year when everyone is taking credit for how wonderful the clean up is going just remember that most of it is being done by a hot sun and massive amounts of water volume.
