Happy new year to all. I started the year by putting a wild turkey breast in the crockpot this morning. My usual menu for any week, typically includes at least two or more meals, being something that I have harvested from the wild.

Happy new year to all. I started the year by putting a wild turkey breast in the crockpot this morning. My usual menu for any week, typically includes at least two or more meals, being something that I have harvested from the wild.

We had a pot of wild turkey leg Brunswick stew for our New Year's Eve dinner. Sitting out here with my oldest right now hoping for him to get a deer on the last day so we will have more deer for the year.
