Has anyone heard from Dave Parks lately?

Talked to Dave Sunday.Putting the finishing touches on the new house,especially the Gun room.Looks like he came up with a hernia,and will need surgery,soon.He has a pile of pictures to post,and with a new computer,he will be back,as soon as he finds his program,which is still packed away.Still finding gun deals on auction arms.Didn't get to Montana last fall.
 
Well Joe it good news he didn't freeze to death this winter. Must of got the heat on in time.
 
the forum is certainly not the same without him. i'm sure we even have members that have never heard of the guy! they are missing out!
 
What a weinnie looking Ibex! I don't even shoot babies like that! Man I would love to get to hunt those things. They are just about the coolest looking goat out there.

I'm glad he's not in jail in Mexico some where.

Hay Jay thats just the muzzle loading room. Got any pictures of the room he keeps the shot guns. Then theres the pistol room. The gold equipment room. The trapping room where he keeps all his furs. I know I forgot some thing.......

J'S PIC IS PRETTY CLOSE.His shotguns are on a rack along a 15' wall with guns presented vertically,(32).Display cases and book cases.Heavy cleaning table with wood chest cleaning box,etc.He has a new love;a hen Bobwhite.She follows him everywhere,stays in the house,lays eggs in her cage,and calls when she looses sight of Dave.He should be ready to send pics soon,I hope.
