HELP! Marketing Project...

I am working on my MBA through an Executive program here in Arkansas....which is why I mostly "lurk" and don't post much....got my eyes on June, 2012....

In a Marketing class, and need to work up some mock advertising. Without being too detailed, we are supposed to take a "mature" product (i.e., Coke, Ziploc bags, toothpaste, etc.) and develop a marketing plan to help lift sales. We are working on data analytic software, and I need to mock up some advertising as one part of the marketing plan.

Would any of you have good shots of a Lab, Golden, or Chesapeake Bay that you could post here and would allow me to use in the mock-ups? I can't send the plan to you, because it deals with some proprietary aspects, but would see if the team would let me email you a version of the mock-up ad.

Plain background is best, but I'll take what I can get.

Thanks in advance,

Rick Pierce

Hey Rick -

Good luck on the MBA.

Hve you ever gone to any of the many royalty free photo websites on the internet? Or the sites where you can get rights to a phot for next to nothing. One example would be:

Don't ever use someone's photo without permission. I attended a webinar the other day and within the presentation was a copyrighted photo from one of my photoshoots (and on our webpage) with no recognition nor permission. They used our photo to discuss a competitor's product. A big no no.

Yeah, I know....

There's reality, and there's schoolwork.

For schoolwork, I'm going a little more PC. Although, my instructor used to work at Coors in their marketing department....

I know it has a little more than a "plain" background, but there might be a humorous caption in here somewhere...

Geico add maybe??

Good luck on your degree!

Just have to have that dog smoking a cigarette and the picture would be complete. Too funny.

It's a marketing software that is pretty much done SaaS (Software as a Service). Data transfer is done through secure websites, so there isn't a "box of stuff" that you go buy at Office/Staples/Best Buy.

Unfortunately!!!

Makes the discussion about product distribution a little easier AND a little harder....

Even if it was just comments, I appreciate the help from everyone.

And, I gotta admit, it is just nice to have a post or two on here again....
