Historic Delta Marsh property for sale

With all the BS crossing into Canada, and getting back now a days the hassle is not worth it for me. I sure had FUN in Manitoba & Sask many a time back in the day. There are many underlying reasons the property is for sale, hopefully it will get into the proper hands. I'm sure it's recognized as a National Treasure.
 
Too late. I'm asking my wife to bundle my Christmas, birthday and anniversary gift to get it. I think she'll go for it...
