I'd take the bigger of the two boats. I am in a similar situation where I have a bigger boat (14' Lund) and a smaller boat (15' Hoefgen). If I was going hunting like you are hunting and all I had was the Hoefgen, it would get to be a major chore to hunt out of that boat every day. While I like hunting out of the Hoefgen more than the bigger boat, there is so much more involved to go hunting with it. Plus the fact that I have to limit what I take along with me on the Hoefgen hunt (weight, carrying capacity, room, etc...) this restriction would get old after a while. And since it is not a trailerable boat, I wouldn't want to be driving through every State with a car topper. Too much can go wrong.
If I only could take one boat, and I was hunting as much as you are going to hunt, I would take the boat that will provide the least amount of headache to hunt out of. Like others have said, if you are hunting with others, they will probably have the boat for two. If you hunt solo, you will have to find the places where the TBD will work. Not that there is a shortage of those.
We just ignore the WI conceal rules so you don't have to worry about that.
