With a 3 headed, 7 quartered steer I'd be very carefully chewing but worried about mad cow instead of broken teef.

I like it! Nothing like some quality meat.

We spent the past 2 days with hurricane prep and making sausages.

25 pounds of hot dogs stuffed and in the smoker yesterday, made 15 pounds of brats yesterday. Just got the last sweet italian patties in the freezer this morning - not the best planning given that we will be losing power soon enough. I can hear trees breaking and lights are flickering. Odd with the wind out of the NE, but that is a good direction for us.
