I had the best day painting a decoys because I shared it with my daughter
I've been painting a lot of BWT lately so Teagan was interested in trying to paint one also. So, I took the only bare decoy I had (that's a Rutgers wood duck reject
and let her go. Hey, why not have a hybrid in the marsh!

I think Teagan did a great job. Sure, I did help Teagan steady her hand for the feathers and crest, but she was always holding the brush - she just wanted to do everything better than her older brother, haha! When we were done, she said, "Dad, now that's a hunting decoy." Oh yeah, baby. It will hunt
