Been bustin my butt trying to get the homestead in order to put on the market. Hopefully with the low mortgage rates available I can generate some interest and hook up with the wife basking in the Florida sun!...;-0

Ed , Good luck with the house. Looking out the window I can see real flowers in bloom. It,s a little chilly at 68 degrees.
Looking at the weather channel I glad I left Wis. at least for a while.
