No, not that kind. Muriatic acid.....where the heck do you buy it? I tried the Depot and they don't have it. Went online to Lowes and I can see a picture of a jug, but they don't have it in any of the stores around here. Have a "lazy" toilet that needs some treatment to clean out the internals to the jet holes. From what I can find the acid is the trick.

Hardware store. Any of them should have what you need. I use Roebic K-67 two or three times a year in my shower drain to keep it open. I've seen some pretty harsh acids in the drain cleaner department.

Got a pool supply place around? They'll have it for sure.

One bit of advice...stay away from the Brown Acid. I hear its bad.

Heheheh now if you know where that line came from, you are a fellow geezer. Yep, I got called that by one of my students -- jokingly of course, but then I figured I was older than most of their parents, so that kinda stung a little.

Well, I bought a gallon at a pool supply store. Working better but I think it needs at least another gallon and I need to get a funnel with a larger discharge opening so the volume flows in more quickly to reach the full length of the rim. Nasty stuff too. Might be easier to just buy a new turdlet. I've been needing to yank this one anyway to strip the wallpaper behind it.
