I was able to bring home something I have dreamt about for years

here is a link to the MoMarsh seat. looks like they are currently sold out but hopefully back in stock before season. I own several of these and will say that they are worth the money

Good luck on your new boat. I've seen alot of Derek's boats and there fine. They hide well and with that long tail you can run it skinny. Just one suggestion, which you probably know. Run a 8 to 10 ft. Whip pole with a orange flag, if you get on those airboat trails. I've always thought that boat would be good on the back water of Appalachicola Bay. Have fun.

Nice find Dani, you'll have fine adventures with that rig. Those ducks are in big trouble.

Couldn't help but notice the buggy in the background. Looks like a keg nestled in the front, maybe some stories to tell? [smile]

Thanks y'all. Thanks Derek for the MoMarsh seat link. I'll be keeping an eye out for them coming back in stock.

Steve, the buggy in the picture belongs to Steve and Debby's neighbor. It currently doesn't run and for as long as I have been going down there, it hasn't had an engine. It does consistently house a black snake though. The neighbor's wife isn't fond of it. I think that the neighbor wants to restore it but other than push it from one spot in the yard to another, I've never seen him do anything with it.

John, I have definitely thought of the big orange flag thing. There are actually places on the coast here where I have felt like I needed an orange flag just to canoe around because the airboaters tend to enjoy zipping through the salt marshes here.

Nice rig Dani. You'll like that Backwater LT too from what I hear from those that have them. Momarsh seats have been out of stock for at least a year. I know I've been watching. I'm not sure what's happened to Momarsh since Higdeon has come into the picture. You might want to looking to Four Rivers. A couple of guys I've talked to like these better. Apparently a little thicker padding and the tilt mechanism is a bit different. Four Rivers Layout Boats | Four Rivers Layout Boats. I'll be looking for pictures of the trial run.

Ed, good thought on the 4 rivers seat. I had not seen that one. It looks like the back is higher than the Momarsh; which would be good.

If their seats are as well made as their boats; then it should be a winner. we have owned/used a half dozen of the 4 rivers boats over the years they are well made and hold up well to heavy use.

Derek, thought the years I've had two original Momarsh Fatboys and two Four Rivers Refuge Runners. Outstanding boats in my opinion. Of course this was back when Ira's Momarsh boats were being built by Four Rivers. Those that know me know how man small water boats I've been though!...LOL. I love your Bull model unfortunately at my age I just can't hunt that style anymore. Can't get into a shooting position before the ducks hit the after burners.

The Four River seats are higher and have a tilt mechanism in the neck area backing it much easier shooting overhead from what I'm told by those who use them.
