alot of geese in ashland wi today when I drove threw
canadians and a few snow
couple ducks
saw one drake shovler by shore
saw a boat fishing in one of the bays and people ice fish out past them

birds were on the west side of town

Lots of memories from the Eagle River area----reffing high school bucket ball games and hunting muskies. Seems to me that this time of the year in the Ashland area is when the locals wait for the 3rd truck to break through the ice. Then they know that ice fishing season is over.

Those are some great pictures!! Such good looking birds untill they start eating the wheat in the farmers fields
