Well thought I would formally introduce myself. I live in Hilton Head South Carolina and I do a fair amount of duck hunting and fishing. I work as a boat captain. Ducks are tough here but still manage to find a few.

Thanks for the replies. Been hunting since the early 90's when my grandfather and father got me started. I started my daughter into the sport last year. Nice to see a fourth generation getting into it as not that many people duck hunt.

What type of boat do you captain? That must be a neat job, being out on the water is where it's at.

We have a few boats skiff, pontoon, retired military boats but anywhere from 25 to 50 feet. Love the water and love boats.

Welcome! You will find a great group of folks on this site. I will pay attention to what you have to say just because my environment is almost the exact opposite of yours. I do enjoy reading about duck hunters and how they do during the duck season---and of course other hunting seasons.
