Its snowing!!!

CT got hit with their first snow storm today - as of now i hav 3 and a half inches of snow on the ground... I had to go out and clear off the snow on the trees so they wouldnt break, as it is i can hear trees crashing in the woods!!! I cant believe this already - i wonder wat the ducks are up to... ill see next saturday, another youth day in ct - wat do you guys think will happen?
 
Geese were migrating the CT river today in droves. It drove me crazy sitting on the terrace this morning sipping coffee watching the fowl moving. It darn near killed me not being in the marsh mud this morning!! Good news it will be high 40s and sunny tomorrow.......it will all be gone by 2:00p.

Kevin and my dad went to the farm today chris, and but wen they stepped out onto the field, about 200 geese sprang up from under the snow!!!

This morning I woke up to 10" of snow on my doorstep - they forcasted 6 for my area... Thank god that we are in southern ct, because most of northern ct has 100% without power... I still hav power, but I hav to go and knock snow off the trees before anymore fall down...

I hope everyone is alright
 
if the season was open and it wasnt sunday i know the perfect hole to get my limit in a minute.
oh well, hard to get out when my jeep got crushed by a tree yesterday, the insurance guy is coming monday or tuesday, to see if can be fixed, but i dont know if it is totaled or not.
 
Yeah i heard - if you need any help just holler... if your jeep is totaled then ill just forgo the duck hunting on saturday - it'l hurt but it wont kill me :)
 
Some geese went over my house this morning... I was mad...

1. Its sunday
2. Geese closed last week
3. Next Saturday is duck jr day!!!!


The closest thing i can get to duck hunting is sitting in my waders, with my calls around my neck, watching the birds fly right over my head!!! :)
