I spoke with RR Sports in Clinton the store that sells the molds still for Ladehoff
and clinton decoy and Ladehoff is DONE having the molds made. I know this mainly
cause I sold them the brass plugs thru my work.... So I wont stock as many anymore.

Fyi is all...... Thats all in the foamer Decoy news lol

Good info Davey...maybe there's a "collector's item" angle on that news.

I am sitting here looking up at the duck call stand I made for that first spalted maple call you made me and smile because I carved a (half-assed) image of Murphy in it. My carving had good intentions despite my obvious shortcomings.

All the best to you and yours.

I've thought about getting one of their bluebill molds in the past. What do people think of them? Are they good molds?

Cah-Ching! I wonder how much my collection just appreciated?

Seriously, its too bad, an end to a very long era, and they're fun to mess with.

I've got some molded diver decoys from a friend and I like them. The only things are: they are a little on the small side (about 2" shorter and 1" narrower than the RR mold) and they were made out of the foam beads so they can be brittle (I'd like to try some with the denser urethane foam).
