I just picked up a Four Rivers marsh layout. I've read plenty on them and I couldn't pass this one up for the $....but tips, additions, tricks, experinces, etc. would always be helpful. Also, I have a sunfish sailboat waiting on a 'conversion', and I'm looking at this Four RIvers and thinking; Hmmm...I could make another Four Rivers outta that sunfish. Basically the same size and profile, so it might be a bit heavier, but it should be doable......Bob Johnson or anyone else got any thoughts on that? Now I just gotta figure out a cradel setup for trailer both stacked.LOL

Here is a pic of my old setup...a rebilt boat trailer. As for the Four Rivers, congrats and I know that you will enjoy it...There are many times I look back and regret selling mine.

NICE! Thanks for the pic....that's something I'm considering (trailer/stacking), as I'll likely have to have 2-3 of the smaller rigs for the whole crew to hunt together on our backwater trips. The rest of the time, it will be in more open water and I can tow them with or stack them on a bigger boat...but I may end up with some true, pumpkinseeds for that type of hunting. I've heard the four rivers won't handle bigger water, but I'm generally talking within 200 yards of shore, with a tender around, in weed beds, and general worst case of 1' chop and less....so they might work okay. I've also been told that the sunfish conversions are pretty seaworthy, too....we'll see. Thanks.
