Me and Anya vowed to never own another home after moving out of our last one 2 years back.


After doing our taxes this year, we changed our tune.



So we wrote an offer today.


The plus's/ Good kitchen for Anya (we have a restaurant, and she likes to work on things at home for the next day)
Plenty of room for us.


Near the creek, so I can go and watch the salmon in October, and Kaden can swim for fetches.


The minuses/ Got a big lawn to deal with.... I did not inherit the yardwork gene.
And most of all we will have to haul all our crap to a new place and move in again.






We'll see... it is a square offer.


Who knows... I might just be mowing a new lawn soon.

I'm with you! I see these people mowing acres and acres. You can put a lot of fence in for the price of a zero-turn mower! Go to the sale barn and buy a couple of dry does. Of buy a heifer or steer calf and fill your freezer later on.
