I'm going to go out on a limb and say she hasn't been in the middle of something like this.hehehehe

Today was a flight day. Bluebird, or as pilots call it severe clear. Southwest wind at 20-30 and birds poured in all day. most of these were taken between noon and 1.

Mark,

That's making me a firm believer I live on the wrong river. Thanks for the pics.

Way to go, Mark. Great shots. Looks like your honey hole is what most people see when they go to a National Wildlife Refuge. I, for one, will be looking forward to seeing some nice action shots during the season. Have fun!

Hey Mark, looking back over your pics, I got to ask...where the heck is Lady-M? Did Dave actually ship her to you or did he keep her and send you an empty box?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Chuck,

So what's your point? :>) Come to think of it, the UPS charge did seem rather cheap.

Whoa Mark nice. I hope that we didin't have to make a crop insurance payment on that corn you are enjoying :).

Mark,

Those must be Michigan birds! Our lake was full on Wednesday and Thursday during the wind and snow and now... it's empty because all I shot was one little bufflehead. Enjoy your season and the farm looks awesome.

Lady M did make it she's watched some pretty neat things over the last few days.... I'm working on getting some of the new pics downloaded so it may take a day or two.

You will be happy to know it did not require any adjustment and, actually that field made dead on a 150/bshl average. LOTS of wild millet from all the seep water we had all summer. Taught me a few things for setting it up next year. ;)

150 per acre is good enough for me. I'm still keeping my eye on you, though.

Took Lady M and a couple buddies along with Cade on a shoot Sat. and Sun. Beautiful sunrise on Sat.

After a couple hunts with a bunch of misses and one right before this Cade connected on his first flying duck over the decoys
