On my long list of things I want to get done before I start the Tolman is sprucing up the snowgoose. The way I figure it, the Tolman will take 2 years to build and the last thing I'll want to do is work on another boat after that. The bottom of the snowgoose is pretty beat up after the last several years of rocks and hard use. I want to remove the wedges and install some manually adjustable interceptor plates to try and dial the hull in once and for all. Flipping went easily, we pulled the motor and I whipped together a rolling jig this morning and rolled it this afternoon.
Dropped off the trailer...
Shot of jig...
Pull harder. Now stay still while I take this picture (notice trusty duck dog helping)...
Letting it down...
Ready for some sanding and epoxy and paint...
Rock rash...
Ouch...
