You are so right Chuck.
Our God is an awesome God. I hunted once this year with my adopted son Bryan. We had a great hunt, limited on Ringnecks. Thanksgiving day and I was hospitalized for what they thought might be a stroke. Turns out I have 3 non malignant masses, two in the brain (surprised me too Sutton) and one in the lungs. That pretty much ended my duck hunting for the season. Got out of the hospital a week before Christmas and have been recuperating at home since. I have been pining to go hunting but the Docs and most importantly the wife have said no. I pray he will let me have at least one more season.
I've bought a new hunting and freshwater fishing boat. The boat is a 14 foot Alumacraft and I'm pushing it with 15hp Yammadog (shocked me too as I've always been a Johnson/Evinrude guy). I've got to engineer an easy on and off blind for this rig before it can officially become the "Marsh Pig" III. The stripers should be running the Roanoke beginning the first few weeks in March and I'm praying the boat and I will be ready.
After spring striper fishing, I hope to get my Grady White up on the Chesapeake and do a number on the Flounder and Spadefish. After all of that I'll fine tune the boat blind and get ready for the main event.
God bless you and all the DHBP crew,
Harry
