For all of those that are big fans of LEDs ... you are right! they flat out WORK..... NO matter what!!!!








So... anyone know of galvanized light guards?

Glad you can find a little humor in bad luck.

Tried to launch the boat a different way.. with the line attached to the winch.... That worked... but I pulled ahead a afew feet so my feet were not getting wet. MISTAKE... as there are no brakes on a boat, and it rammed the light

The bottom side of that box will have to be open, if the light inside will be illuminating the lisc. plate. One could make a box real cheaply using a section ox 3 or 4 inch square tubing (thin wall) and milling a couple cutouts as needed.
 
Yep... you are correct. I am just going to have .100 300 series SS bent in a L and cut out a light hole and have under the lights... and bolt it to the frame....
