LL Bean /Herters Cork Decoys

I have question for the cork decoy gurus, did Bean or Herter's sell cork decoys in widgeon and gadwall, and if they did was it just the "mallard" body with a paint job?

Widgeon yes....Gadwall unsure. The widgeon I have are widgeon size not mallard size bodies

LLBean made Widgeon, Herters cork decoys were Mallards and Divers. Some had Can heads and some Bluebills. The late model cork Herters had plastic heads as you know. I have never seen Herters Gadwall or Widgeon that were cork.

Widgeon for sure...I have two pairs.Don't know about gadwall.

Thanks guy, I was just looking at some cork decoys I acquired and some of these supposed hen mallard don't look to hen like LOL So I was just inquiring these might have been born a different flavor in a different life, if I keep these for my own use they might have a change in flavor.
