Look at this old antique package ducker/air boy fan/bench seat/paddle/oars

Im thinking this was a spam classified post based on the search words in the title and the fact he just registered and this was his first post.
But i could be wrong.

I got an email from him but couldn't understand it so I don't think it was spam. I suspect he can't figure out how to post a picture.

Something must have changed from the other day, because your picture is showing up now.

Can see it now. That looks like it holds a lot of stories, would like to hear about it

I'll eat my words!!!!
Sorry!

Very cool boat, gun and decoys. Lets hear the story!!

Good morning, Greg~

I'm thinking the fan's too small to push the vessel....howzabout a way to get some motion out in the stool ? or....for those days when you are praying for wind ?

I, too, await the "back story".....

I googled the airboy outboard motor. Apparently it was a real thing in the late 1950s.

As I recall back in the 50's hunters were not as portly as they are today...[;)] Dogs did not weigh as much as children either.

So on a not to distant hunt, the fan would/could work. Especially were duck food was thick and matted in the marsh.

Not many hunters were in a hurry, and patience was much more common than today.

That entire setup is a classic and rare look back in time, that few can imagine today.

How true your statement is about patience and not having to go such distances. When dad and I hunted with the boat and fan it pushed us around just fine. Never an issue.
