On Tuesday morning Michelle's dad past away after battling cancer for nearly ten years. I don't know how many surgieries he had over the years but even after removing his colon it found it's way to his lungs. He was a warrior the entire time and never complained once or lost his will to survive. The man fought hard to his last breath and I consider myself blessed to have had him for a father-in-law and friend. George was a hunter and a Cardinals fan and we shared many conversations about our common interests. He doted over his grandkids and they loved him dearly. He was exceptionally bright and as easy-going of a person as youv'e ever met. In over 23 years of knowing him I never once saw him get angry or lose his temper. Probably the most patient man I ever met. Please keep Michelle and her family in your thoughts and prayers as everyone moves forward without their loving father, husband, brother, family, and friend.
