Mullins Duck Boat

On Saturday my wife and I were browsing an antique store in New Bern, NC when I saw this Mullins Duck Boat. I thought folks would like to see it here.

It looks like the stern was chopped and squared off. The close inspection indicates the boat is in rough shape, but I bet it was a good ducking boat back in its heyday. It would work well in the swamps of eastern NC.

Jeff, I took it for a stake - hole, but didn't look close enough to say for certain. Some one else here may know better.

Looks like you could also use it for hunting rails. Nice platform for the pusher to stand on aft.
