Name those (Traveling) Decoys

I think Trip was trying to get this discussion started:

How about Ralph and Alice for the BWT pair. She has the look like she is about to give it to Ralph, "right in the kisser"!!!!!!

Trip.

Any and all suggestions welcome...though stupid names like "Popcorn" will be vetoed by yours truely!

Chuck

OK then! How about "Butter and Popcorn" for the pair. :>) :>)

My serious suggestions;

Ol' Blue for the diver.

Pat and Patty for the pair.

Bluebill: "Jarhead" in memory of my Nephew

I will withdraw my suggestion in deference to "Jarhead" and add that I hope Terry can provide a photo of Ben, to be included and sent along with the journal for Jarhead.

I second terry's vote" jarhead" will be a pleasure to shoot over him mate. Still have your badges on my apron.

Terry,

I don't think we'll hear any objections to your suggestion of "Jarhead" for the Bluebill.

For the pair, I'd say we're still open for suggestions or momentum to get behind one of the current suggestions.

Nice list there Mark...Bonnie and Clyde was a duo I had thought of right away, others that have come to mind:

Boris and Natasha

Hansel and Gretel

Romeo and Juliet

Butch and Sundance (I guess Sundance would have to be the hen)

Pat and Nancy

Aragorn and Arwen

Dash and Violet

Biff and Pow

Zig and Zag

Maybe Pat will read this and pipe up if a suggeston hits home with him...otherwise anyone else can jump in with their opinioins.

Sorry guys! Haven't been keeping up. Our daughter got married on Saturday and have been away for awhile.

Actually, when I competed with this pair in the floating pairs competition in Livonia in 2001, I named these "Side by Sides" and wrote that on the bottom of the decoys. You guys are welcome to rename them if you want...

Sorry Pat, didn't realize you had already named them...I think you may have mentioned it now, but didn't sink in. I don't see the point in changing their name from what their maker gave them...unless it was something stupid like Butter & Popcorn.

I'll say lets make this Official with this years traveling decoys being named 'Jarhead' and 'Side by Side'.

Keep it up buddy,,,,,,,,,,, you're real close to losing any Iowa invite for this season, maybe even next season too.
