NDR: Any Plumbers on the Site?

Did some more digging, looking at my pictures, the stops are not "even", hot and cold are not turned the same amount. Could very well be that the valve is "out of balance", which would cause low flow. I am going to get in there this evening and make sure they are both open all the way and see if that helps. Also going to advance the temp up a little to raise the temp.
If this all doesn't help, I'll be disassembling the valves this weekend.
 
By the way, on the newer models, the large chrome ring, in the picture, is just behind the plastic in the front, if that makes sense... is threaded and unscrews counterclockwise, (as normal), to remove the cartridge. Lube the new one with a touch of waterproof, or "plumber's" grease when reassembling. (In a pinch, a little spit will do. You don' want the O rings to bind up inside when sliding back in).
