Well, finding the plans is easy as you buy them from Rich on his website.

You can also go to his link for the original Hybrid on the left side of the screen and get those for free. They have been around the web for a decade or more.
Take a long serious look at that link that Fred posted above. This is the Hybrid internet bible and is a priceless resource for anyone that wants to build one of these boats. I recommend starting at the end and working backwards.
If you know what you are doing a two gallon kit should be enough to finish one of the NL Hybrid boats. However, most first time epoxy users use too much epoxy for fillets and filling cloth.
