EXACTLY MY POINT!!!! I have never gone that deep either... but I haven't run a mud boat since I started making my boat... peace of mind verse...need..... hmmmm
I haven't even damaged the glass ( 2 layers of 6 oz) on my Honker... and that has broken plenty of ice...
