New boat

I suggest a 15 at least.....he'll be needing all of the 40 mph plus that that combination will give him to beat the other hydroplaners to the secret spots given away on the internet?

Steve

You're really holding onto that Shellinger thing are'nt you? Hopefully I will find a 15 hp for my Estuary and (my buddy) Brian will buy my 9.9 hp.

By the way Steve, it looks like my inline posts are working now. I'll cross my fingers.......................Kevin

Is that the one on Route 40 in Elmer??? That boat has been out there on and off for several years...its very hard to not stop...I almost ran the light one time looking at it...Dave

Kevin I would love it, but the cost of sending a boat over to the UK from the states would cost more than the boat was worth and the import tax would be out of this world, it would be cheaper to build my own BBSB, even though I would,nt get no change out of £2000 and it might even cost me a bit more than that with the cost of things over hear.
take care and God Bless

That's the one Dave. Me and my friend looked at it and thought that it was a great refurb. Very nicely done by a pro carpenter. He just got the other one a little cheaper and there is a bit more room. They were refurbed by the same guy.

When I was growing up, there was a fellow from my hometown who sailed a 9 or 10 foot boat across the Atlantic, or tried to anyways. I can't remember if he made it, but recall that he was lost at sea, either on that attempt or a subsequent one.

Maybe someone could put a sailing rig on that and try to get it to Eddie? You'd never carry enough fuel to get there under power.

The line of volunteers will please form to the right . . . . . .

Here you go.

There's one sneakbox on the list. Turns out the fellow I remembered (Bill Dunlop, 1983) did make it across the Atlantic in a 9 foot sailboat, but later was lost trying to go around the world.

I remember him coming to talk to our school, and some parents muttering that maybe it wasn't a good idea to give teenagers even more foolish ideas . . . . .

I'll cross my fingers.......................Kevin Kevin, I called you last week, found a 15 hp 2000 Johnson SS for sale for 675.00, supposed to be in excellent condition. Give me a call tomorrow night after 7p when I get to work and I'll give you the info. Or call my cell today. Bob Williams. Thats if your allowed to talk to a Schellenger guy, ha ha.
