Nice duck weather but no ducks for me. The dog and I snuck out for the last hour of day light after the rain stopped. Beautiful evening, gusty NE wind 37 degrees. Felt good to actually be a little cold after the hot humid summer. The marsh grass is changing colors and all the trees are really starting to go. Looking forward to colder temps amd more ducks. picture is awesome. You are ahead of the game compared to any ten other guys who sat in front of a TV. That is one serious look on that dog, I hope you get some birds soon.

Thanks Bob. There are ducks around I just haven't had the time to get into them. Our coastal season opens this weekend. That's where I do most of my hunting. Hopefully get into birds on Saturday. Good luck with your season. Luke

Great picture, reminds me when I lived in New Jersey and hunted out of Dennis Creek. We were out here in New Mexico today chasing Sand Hill Cranes, managed to harvest a few, great tasting bird. Hope you season goes well.

Buy the way, I use my BBSB here on the lakes and my pond box on the shore line. I do miss hunting the Black Ducks in the Salt Marshes.

That's funny Dennis. That pic was taken out at BeaverDam just a few miles from Dennis Creek. I grew up in Dennisville. I just got a sneak box last year and hope to do some hunting on the Del Bay side next year.
