Maybe I spoke too broadly. Those are the regs on the TN river according to TVA. Also I looked up the reg. It is 14 days not 30.

(a) Recreational vessels’ moorage at unpermitted locations along the water’s edge of any TVA reservoir may not exceed 14 consecutive days at any one place or at any place within one mile thereof.

(c) Moorage lines of recreational vessels may not be placed in such a way as to block or hinder boating access to any part of the reservoir.
(d) Permanent or extended moorage of a recreational vessel along the shoreline of any TVA reservoir without approval under section 26a of the TVA Act is prohibited.

Too many hunters, not enough wardens and enforcement. It's been an issue for a long time and hasn't been getting better unfortunately.
 
Ahhhh yes, TVA lakes are a different animal since they are man-made lakes and under the TVA purview.
 
In the capacity that it can as a budding organization GSWA is there to give hunters a voice in these matters and general consensus is opposed to this legislation.
 
If you call that in, it seems they'd be in hot water for violating federal regs.

That is if the wardens will respond, they do not have boats or in some cases he desire to go after other public service employees.

From what i have heard this proposal has been tabled. If it does go through I hope the wording does not slip into something that would end up causing problems for our boats blinds, layouts, pond boxes, etc.

I heard the new GSWA is supposed to protect us from this stuff.....
