Placed my first and last order with them. Terrible customer service.
Two weeks ago I place a $400 order for an epoxy pump by Michael's Engineering. Later that day I got an email stating the following "Noah's has moved to a bigger location, and as a result of that, and a overwhelming demand we are experiencing a temporary delay in shipping larger orders. Currently Canoe and Kayak Kit orders are a 3-4 week lead time, plywood is approximately 1-2 weeks, and other orders normally with 1-2 days. We look forward to hearing from you at our new location."
I figured no big deal, my item was "normal" so a couple days won't effect me. Almost two weeks go by and no notification of shipping, no pump, no nothing. I call and can't get a person on the phone so I leave a detailed message with all my contact info. No return call. So a couple days later I call and do it again. No return call. Finally today I get a human on the line and they tell me the pump isn't in stock and Michael's Engineering is waiting on a parts backorder to fill their orders and it could be weeks. At the time of my order Noah's website made no mention of being out of stock and backordered.
Really pisses me off when companies tell you they have something when they don't and then don't return your calls, only to find out it will take weeks, perhaps longer to get the item. Last time I ever do business with Noah's Marine. I don't like being ignored by someone who has my money and hasn't delivered the product. Shitty business model!
