If you will remember, Tom was having issues with pain in his ribs a month or so ago. Well it wasn't his ribs but a very aggressive "something or other" that attacked and destroyed a vertebrae in the middle of his back. He had surgery a week or so ago to take the pieces out and replace with a metal cage and cadaver bone. Sounds worse every time I type it.

In any event, the surgery went well and he won't need a 60 HP wheelchair (his words) and should have a full recovery after the healing process is complete. He has been shipped off to a rehab and recovery facility and won't have any access to the internet until at least Thursday, Nov. 10th. Any prayers, positive energy, etc. that you can offer will be appreciated.

That's pretty much what I know today.

Tom, prayers are sent from New Mexico. If you want, I can always delve into that book about Ortonville and maybe find some one liners. Will that help or hinder? I would be more than happy to write if that will help you out. I need that address. Not only that but my printer still works so an occasional picture can be sent.
