outboard help

i checked the tanktube, put a new fuel line/bulb on it, inspected the fuel filter and gave the fuel filter a new seal. im going to ask a motor shop tomm what they think but this thing is really anoyying me. im wishing i had saved the money towards next years toy.
 
Does the fuel bulb stay tight when the motor starts to bog down?
I had a similar problem with my 20 merc that is the same year.
never did figure out what the problem was exactly, but after me and my mechanic both rebuilding and cleaning the carb and fuel pump several times it stopped doing it. The Mercury Quicksilver Power Tune works great for cleaning the carb.
