outboard motor on Kara style layout

Has anyone tried an 2-5 hp motor on a Kara style layout with a transom. I have built one with a square transom on the back instead of the pointed end. Just wondering how much it would have to be braced for a small motor.

I over built my hummer completely, the transom is extremely well braced with a lot more free board than the original plans, id bet mine would have no problem handling a 15 hp OB.

the open area just aft of the hull became a dry storage area, the rest as you see was filled with foam. I have a mud skipper twister, modded 6.5 on this, is does well, i was trying to get rid of the OB for my situation because of the stumpy shallow water i hunt. The twister has been great, zero problems and Im probably going to end up with a 13hp setup on the back by next year, It has decent speed, but id like a little more power. With a layer of xynole and fiberglass reinforced with cabosil/expoxy/grapgite on the bottom she will take a beating.
