Pettit 3303 paint

I want to repaint the canvas dodger on my new-to-me Estuary. Do I need to thin pettit 3303 paint or just brush it on straight from the can? Also, I want to repaint the wood decoy racks. Thin or straight for those? If I do need to thin, what do I use and what ratio? Thanks in advance for the help.
 
Pettit 3303 is pretty good right out of the can if it is fresh. If it's been sitting around a while you can cut it with any general purpose brushing thinner. I would not go more than 10% unless really needed. Pettit has there own thinner Pettit 120/T-10 Brushing Thinner if you want to use that.
