Picture program

Any decent free picture programs for resizing pictures out there? I have picassa but it sucks.

I've used ACDSee for years but don't know the cost. It's a viewing and editing program. It's fast, easy and powerful....by my standards anyhow.

I think it was Pete McMiller told me about this program. It works great and it'll do batch processing too.

For posting I often crop and/or resize on Photobucket. Up load, edit and post from there. I have photoshop at home, which is anything but free.
