FYI. My wife just told me Cabela's has their 3500 watt portable generator on sale for $299 through tomorrow. Free shipping too, it's actually $18 because it weights 100 lbs. We are going to get my in-laws one. We also got the trailer kit. It was easy to put together and make it easy to wheel it in and out of the garage.

anybody have experience with the champion generators? how easy are they to start after sitting idle for any length of time? their overall reliability?
