Potential changes to the federal duck stamp

Kris: I hope I'm not going too far off topic. As a flat art artist (oils/canvas) with a concentration on mostly wildlife, I've been tempted throughout the years to enter duck stamp contests both on the state and federal levels. I never have, feeling that I wouldn't stand a chance. There is a documentary titled "The Million Dollar Duck" and a book "The Wild Duck Chase" chronicling the artists trying to win the Federal contest.

Does this mean we might see a federal stamp featuring a spinning wing decoy in the background at some point? [sly][sly][sly]

After the spinning wing stamp I'm hoping for one featuring snow geese and an e-caller.

I was thinking more along the lines of having a person holding fists fulls of ducks in the hands and holding one by the bill in his mouth, ducks flying in the background of course.
