Jeeees.....
I recently bought a 10x10 shed that finally allowed me to get all the lawn tools, gas cans, bikes, beach chairs etc etc out of my 10x17 boat house and that alone changed my universe. I can't imagine having a building like that! Good for you.

Looks good. I would love to get a pole building up here for boat storage. my fleet is getting out of control. The wifes pontoon will never live inside, not much I can do about that. I need to replace the canopy with a bimini style one so that it can be garaged during the summer. So I don't have to vacuum it as much!
 
Nope.. It will settle on it's own. It was packed down, and I added another 5" of 3/4 inside and outside Saturday. It will settle and I will grade it again. Where the boats are it is packed. It is amazing how packed it got outside after 1/2" of rain. I also added more 3" on the outside to extend the platform.
