Just wanted to share that my Dad lost a 2 year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrigs) today. He died about 10;30 this morning and I fortunate to be at his side.

Although he never was a hunter, he was an amazing example of a father, husband and man.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers and condolences are with you my friend.
Consider yourself a lucky man to have a Father you've been able to look up to....there is great strength in the legacy he has left you with.

Sorry for your loss. All the best to you and your family. I remember reading some of his blogs, what great spirit he had and how happy he was of his family. The apple doesn't seem to be have fallen far from the tree.

I am sorry for your loss. ALS is a horrible disease, and I am sure your father is in a better place free of the constraints of that illness.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I know what a great relationship you had with him so that makes the loss even greater. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
