Question: How do you keep quotation marks from showing up as question marks?

Guys,
I usually write my posts in Word and then copy them into our editor. Quotation marks always show us as question marks. How do I get around that?

sounds like a character encoding error. sometimes I will paste stuff into notepad then re-copy it to get just the text, without all the Word formatting you get when copying directly from Word.

If it were a virus wouldn't it affect every aspect of the phone then? It's only this site that I have others posts show question marks for quotation marks.

Maybe the ?smart quotes? in word are the issue. See it turning off that feature fixes your problem

the above was typed in word then pasted here with smart quotes on, anybody see question marks?

Edit to add: im seeing question marks on my iphone and computer using chrome, i think the smart quotes are the issue.

When I post from my iPhone, I get the same sorta stuff.
Punctuation doesn't display right, if I remember correctly is mostly with apostrophe's.
Its some sorta of coding/auto-correct error, frustrating but no big deal.
