Recommendations please? I need a bandsaw blade for decoys.

Instead of PAM, just go grab one of your deer legs that the dog hasn't hauled off and cut it in half. The fat and marrow will be the same thing that squirts out of the can-o-pam. You would have to carve in far enough to get through the fat to get paint to stick.
 
Since I already have a good 1/4", I picked up a 1/2" blade. Once place had 3/8" Lenox, but only in 3 tpi skip or 6 tpi hook. Go back and pick up the 3 tpi blade. I will clear chips nicely and cut like butter. Personally I like the 1/4 but that is me and works on my saw. Tenson is the key on any blade so spending the time and money to get that set correctly is more than half the battle. Just going by that little spring indicator is NOT sufficient. 3/8 will do most of what you want in life, less blade changing required.
