Removable bench seats

Hi:
I am looking into putting a removable bench seat in my Snowgoose. The kids don't love sitting on milk crates. and I think it could be useful. I recall seeing a post of an older duck boat that had a plank sitting on wooden cradles on either side of the gunnels. The bench had two brass rods inserted into the gunnel and the other side had a sliding brass lock that also inserted into the gunnel. I thought with was an elegant way to get the job done.

Does anyone remember that post and where those pictures are?

I am not married to this idea. I am open to other ideas as well for a removable bench in the Devlin Snowgoose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is what I have done, and it backfired on me. They don't want to go on the boat now.
Plus my overweight and older guests are not doing well on the boat.
I have some new ideas on the blind setup I am going to use and the bench might actually fit in perfectly with my idea.

Ok then. For sure not a comfortable ride for geezers.

Nope. I want the plank bench seat that is removable. I am sure I saw a picture of it here on the site but cannot seem to bring it up again in a search.
