Not knowing a whole lot about dogs, what kind of a dog is little Moose? I know the first post is a lab but the second one (jwking) I am not sure. Cute little guy.

Brian That is one heck of a nose, and I am not talking about Moose. Congtrats on the new hound

mini long haired daschund....with attitude

Ballards Moose looks a lot like the Yellow( white ) Lab I had for a little while . He decided he would be better off somewhere else, I agreed.
Big moose has that " I'm just gonna let you think your in charge" look .

Take lots o pics Ballard

Nice looking pup, Brian. Those white shoes on the floor behind you are GONERS!!!

Whew....your subject line had me a bit worried. I thought maybe it would be referencing a Pringles Can or something similar. Bwaaaaaaaaaa.

JW,

I have a soft spot for the Dachs. We had a mini long hair that we lost last year. She was on her way to being a top knot deer tracker, She even came from a hunting line out of Indiana. Unfortunatley we were camping last summer at a Ind. State park, and do to an outbreak of Ash beetles you could only use fire wood bought at the park store. I guess somebody took it apon themselves to saturate the wood with insecticide of some kind and Fritz chewed on a piece. She had a very bad allergic reaction to the poison and died about 24 hrs later. The vet said it that some Dachs are really sensitive to stuff. Even normal vacinations can mess them up. Enjoy your mini hunting machines.

Brian, how old is Moose? If he was a bit more gold colored he is the spittin image of Colby. Good looking pup and I bet the kids have him spoiled rotten...at least I hope so.

Lee,

He is ten weeks old, and he is a card. First thing he did when we got home was to take a flyin leap into the Koi pond and started chasing my fish.

10 weeks? Then "Moose" is a good name for him. He looks like he will be a great goose dog being that big.

Nice pup Brian, I especially like the yellows. The shoes are indeed goners if you don't put them up. Or at least "thats what I've been told" ;-). Also socks, skivies and anything else not bolted down. Good Luck and keep it FUN
