Looking back, it appears it was July was my last update so there have been some changes since.
After getting the motor all configured, and cleaned up, Brian Garman did his Camo Special job on it, as well as the new blind mounts, ladder, etc......

I installed a new boarding ladder, and a handle on the motor cowl to make it easier to pull myself in if the need should arise.

To accommodate the new key switch and kill switches and clean up the electricals I fabricated a new box to contain it all.

The blind changes allow for some height adjustment, but left the blind short of sitting on the gunnel/coaming, so I added some leashes that are adjustable to draw tension, and also Mom sewn up some panels to add to the blind to block the wind and rain. Old garden hose is slipped through a pocket to add some weight to keep them down, but not enough mass to raise a welt on my head when I flip the blind over!

And most recently, I added a Garmin Striker to the rig. No pictures of it painted, but this gives you the idea.... still working out how I will add magnets to keep it out when I want and tucked when I don't.
